Four days of bodywork in allignment with the four Holy Elements that make up all things on our planet: the Elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Four initiatory days to reconnect with the Elements in their various forms present in and around your body. To connect you with the oneness of the natural world which restores the flow of your energy. Each session consists of several components, making it so much more than just a massage. With these four sessions we integrate bodywork, energetic work and nature. These sessions are intended to remind you, on both a deeper physical and non-physical level of reality, that you are nature. The intention is to help you in our collective ongoing process of becoming a fully embodied Human. To help you ground in the body and from there on taking the first steps to expand into Earth consciousness. Also, through these sessions, we automatically assist our planet energetically through the root system, so that we work in reciprocity with Earth.

The title is based on clients’ feedback. This healing session offers a deeply relaxing combination of a variety of techniques from Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, triggerpoint release and energetic work, but mostly my own insights and techniques which I developed over the years. The pace is slow and adjusted to your needs. Over the past few year I noticed that people can easily enter the deeper Alpha brainwaves – near the Theta waves – during my massages. This is where I aim for you to go during this session, because this is where deep rest, healing, processing and recovery can take place within your system. From this, you may also access deeper emotions, creative insights or spiritual experiences such as cosmic unity or ancestral or angelic connections, depending on your own level of comfort and openness regarding this. This happens on its own accord and cannot be forced. I am there to ensure safety and grounding.

60, 90 or 120 minutes.

With the 120 minute session, Blue Lotus tea is optional. Please let me know beforehand if you want this.

In my opinion this is the best massage for a well balanced Mind-Heart-Body connection. Lomi Lomi is a healing art from Hawaii, characterised by long strokes with the underarms. The flowing movements across the whole body may remind you of the waves of the ocean or the stream of a river, or the safely enclosed feeling of the womb. The Water element is central here. We will be moving the waters of your body. Tears may come. Bones and joints (Earth and Ancestors) will also receive necessary attention. All of this creates a deep feeling of Wholeness and reconnection within your system. This massage can initiate small or large transformational processes. It alchemises stagnated energy into flow and movement. Lomi Lomi is soft but intense, without pushing or forcing anything. This is a healing ritual of grounded, embodied spirituality.

Traditionally this massage is done without any underwear to ensure the fluidity of the movements, but you will be appropriately covered with a sarong at all times.

60 minutes: I will generally do the back of the body and the front above the heart. This is a perfect introduction to Lomi Lomi or for those who do not have the financial means to book a longer version at the moment.

90 minutes: Lomi Lomi full body massage.

120 minutes: Ultimate Lomi Lomi transformational massage, including a footbath, sound healing, bone washing, Hot Stones etc.

Are you pregnant? Book a Lomi Hapai session :)

Lomi Hapai is a special form of Lomi Lomi for pregnant people. This is a wonderful moment of being cherished, for softening, restoration, deep relaxation and a feeling of having more space to move, for both you and your baby. Yes, this includes your baby as your belly will also be gently included during the massage (with your permission). The babies often respond to this touch. This is exactly what I would have liked when I was pregnant. You will be positioned on your side, which is the safest and ensures more mobility to work with your joints.

Lomi Hapai vitalises your overall physical and emotional system during your pregnancy. The massage may give and increase in the hormone oxytocine, which is essential during pregnancy and birth. Lomi Hapai may assist with feelings of tension or anxiety about the birthing process and motherhood.

This massage is for pregnant people from the second trimester onwards. You are also welcome when you are in your first trimester as long as you and your baby are in good health and after consultation with your obstetrician.

I have been initiated into Tera Mai™Reiki Seichem. This is a form of energetic work with Reiki as its foundation. Reiki Seichem is a very gentle, peaceful and non-invasive way of activating your own healing system. It is suitable for dealing with insomnia, restlessness, headaches, mourning, sorrow, lack of vision and creativity, but also when you are feeling just fine, when you are curious about energywork or when you need a boost of lifeforce and light. Reiki Seichem is a good way to rebalance your system. It gives a feeling of warmth, safety, connection and grounding within.
Think of Reiki Seichem as an upgraded form of the regular Reiki. Reiki Seichem is more Elemental. Where you can think of Reiki as the Elemental Earth energy, Reiki Seichem adds the Elements of Water, Fire and Air energy. For me, the symbol of Reiki Seichem is the solar wheel, with its four equal corners. Reiki Seichem is an ancient energy that has its roots in Egypt.
During the session I often tap into the Field (this occurs naturally as I open up my pineal gland) and I may share my insights with you. It is always surprising what comes up. However, your own insights and experiences during these sessions are always superior to mine.

Can be booked separately (60 minutes) or combined with a massage.

Deep relaxation and reconnection between head and heart; the first is often too cluttered and the latter is often ignored. The aim is to bring harmony between the mind and the heart. With this relaxing massage, all attention goes towards the heart and all that is above it: upper chest, shoulders, arms, neck, face and scalp.
30 minutes

Out with the old and in with the new.

Bone Washing symbolises letting go of cherished old wounds. It is a part of the Kahuna Healing system of Hawaii, to which Lomi Lomi also belongs. Bones and deep tissues are considered places of energetic storage for energetic wounds; these may be your own, but also from your ancestors down the family line which you still carry with you. Bone washing was traditionally done to the very recently deceased to scrape dense energy off the bones, as to make the full transition to the other side easier and to not leave anything behind. Yet it is also suitable for the living. Think of transitional or rebirthing processes, but also to release ancestral pain, being unable to cry, unreleased anger or sorrow, PTSS, and also chronic pain in joints and muscles.

During a bone washing session I will place my fingers onto the bones and between the muscles and I will gently move them up and down in a scraping motion. This does not hurt and feels very relaxing and grounding. This is a full body treatment in which you become very aware of your skeletal system; a deep introspection. We are healing the past on a physical and energetic level but we are working in the now. There is no need for uncomfortable traumatic memories to arise. Emotions can rise up however, and they will be met with love and honour. After the Bone Washing I like to replenish the system with Reiki Seichem, which may be felt more intensely than usual. Reiki Seichem is a pleasant, soft, deep method of filling yourself up with light and lifeforce. This combination is not traditional but comes from my own insight. You can keep your clothes on during the entire session, but I do advice to wear comfortable, thin clothing. You may feel a bit tired the day after this session because of an energetic reset, so try to plan accordingly.

90 minutes

I am in the training stages of Trance mediumship. I have been learning with two Dutch renowned mediums and would love to do a reading for you. For this, you can decide on the financial compensation yourself without my judgement. I don’t ask for a set price yet as I am still in training and finding my own way in this. During a session I go into a light trance and communicate with our spiritual guides. We explore what matters for you right now, what messages they might have for you and you can ask questions. I cannot predict the future or tell you anything about another person other than you.
A session may take anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes.

For the 2 hour sessions it is optional to drink Blue Lotus Tea before the session. The Blue Lotus flower (nympheae caerulea, or blue water lily), famed for its spiritual, communal and funerary uses in ancient Egypt, assists you in entering an introspective, soft dreamy state. It acts as a bridge between your underworld and upperworld in a very gentle manner. Since it is in tea form, it does not bring about hallucinations (its mildly psychoactive alkaloids are not water solulable). It can, however, assist you to open up the pineal gland/third eye. The tea adds extra depth to the overall experience and helps you to open up your senses more clearly.
Since Blue Lotus itself is quite bitter, I have improved it with other herbs such as chamomille, fennel seed and cinnamon for a more pleasant palatal experience. These plants also add their own signature qualities to the tea.
If you wish to drink the Blue Lotus tea as part of your session let me know when you book your massage. I do not add any extra charges for this, but it does shorten the length of the massage itself a bit.
