Four days of bodywork in allignment with the four Holy Elements that make up all things on our planet: the Elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Four initiatory days to reconnect with the Elements in their various forms present in and around your body. To connect you with the oneness of the natural world which restores the flow of your energy. Each session consists of several components, making it so much more than just a massage.
With these four sessions we integrate bodywork, energetic work and nature. These sessions are intended to remind you, on both a deeper physical and non-physical level of reality, that you are nature. The intention is to help you in our collective ongoing process of becoming a fully embodied Human. To help you ground in the body and from there on taking the first steps to expand into Earth consciousness. Also, through these sessions, we automatically assist our planet energetically through the root system, so that we work in reciprocity with Earth.
I have based this bundle on my own insights and experiences which I gathered over four years of finding myself through the Elements: I did one year for each Element. They taught me a lot about myself and I am looking forward to pass it on. When I walk with you through this traject, it will be a constant learning process for me as well.
When you work with me, it important to know that I do not have all the answers for you, but you do. It is inside of you. I am, however, very adept at the healing touch, bringing in certain frequencies and guiding people on their path of deeper self discovery. I also carry old Earth wisdom within me. However, I will not be doing this alone: we will go outside to get the deeper level of healing and lessons from Mother Nature, who does this better than anyone. Bring your comfortable walking shoes.
1: Earth day: a Golden Hands Intuitive Healing massage, followed by a shinrin yoku (forest bathing) session, accompanied by grounding herbal essential oils such as cedar and fir. Earth day is all about Grounding, to root the body and travel inward. On this day we naturally connect to Gaia, our home and womb from which we all come and to which we all go. The animals for this day are the Brown Bear and the Deer.
2: Water day: we start with a foot bath, followed by a full body Lomi Lomi massage, accompanied by water-connected essential oils like rosemary and angelica. At the end of the session we take a 15 minute walk towards the ocean, to be with the waves. We might even see some Seals while we are there. This day is about flow, emotions and emotional release from that which lies hidden beneath the surface that is ready to be met. This is a day of Cleansing. On this day we also naturally connect to the feminine energies of Mu (Lemuria), our earliest ancestors who were fully immersed in nature. The Mu can be considered the embodiment of innocence and are linked to Polynesian healing traditions from which Lomi Lomi hails. The animals for this day are the Seal and the Grass Snake.
3: Fire day: a Reiki Seichem session, accompanied by warming essential oils and herbs such as frankincense, ginger and sage. We will also connect to our main sources of fire and light: our Sol and the fire beneath our feet, deep in the Earth. We might even do a small Fire ritual. Fire day is about bringing Light into the Darkness and going through the motions of the things that may scare you; it is about the Solar Plexus energy. This is a day of Purification. On this day we naturally connect to our Sol-oriented ancestors, from ancient Egypt to here in Europe. The animals for this day are the Horse and the Bee.
4: Air day: a deeply relaxing massage of all that is above the heart, easy breathwork and soundhealing, accompanied by clarifying, aerial herbs such as mint and pine. The second half is open to whatever is intuitively needed: we can do a reading to gain deeper insight into what is important for your path right now, we can work on voice liberation, or we can be with the wind if it is stormy, but the main aim is that we clear your own extrasensory channels. This Element is all about the breath, communication, truth and frequency. Air day is about Expansion. On this day we naturally connect to our current world and our ethereal and cosmic family. The animals for this day are the Kite and the Raven.

Each session lasts about two hours in total, more or less.

- There are no set dates, we will plan your sessions together beforehand. You can book the first date online through Bokadirekt if you want;
- We will go outside into nature during the sessions. This is completely at your own risk. Elisabeth Healing Bodyworks is in no way liable for any sustained injuries;
- Food is not included, but herbal tea is;
