Would you like to cancel your appointment?
* An appointment can be canceled up to 24 hours before the massage. If you wish to cancel within less than 24 hours to the appointment, I will charge for the full appointment and this needs to be paid within two weeks. This policy also accounts for no-shows – if you do not show up for the appointment at all.
* If you cancel within less than 25 hours before the massage of if you don’t show up for the appointment and you have a Traject card, I will take it off the card.
Do you wish to reschedule your appointment?
* Rescheduling can be done by you or by contacting me up to 24 hours before the start of the massage.
* Do you wish to reschedule between 24 hours and 12 hours before the start of the massage? Please contact me. I will see what I can do.
* Rescheduling is not possible if it is less than 12 hours before the start of the massage and will be counted as cancellation. The appointment will be fully charged.
Important note: any requests for ‘special treatment’ which fall outside the scope that is presented on my website, will be met with an instant termination of the massage (fully charged) and/or instant denial of access to the practice. This is not be harsh, but it is to set clear boundaries.
